Step 01
Tell us about your project
Send us a WhatsApp with your unit details — size, location, and rough budget. We reply same day.
Step 02
Visit our showroom
Come see our carpentry, finishes, and furniture in person. Most clients decide within the first visit.
Step 03
Get your itemised quote
We prepare a detailed quote broken down by item. No lump sums. No surprises.
Step 04
Sign off & pay deposit
Once you are happy with the quote, we sign the contract and schedule your start date. A 30% deposit confirms your slot.
Step 05
Hacking & structural works
Old tiles, existing carpentry, and dated fittings come out first. Our teams work clean, protect areas not being renovated, and complete all structural and M&E rough-in before any finishing begins.
Step 06
3D design & material selection
Our designer produces a 3D walkthrough of your space so you can see the layout, finishes, and furniture before any work begins. Adjust anything at this stage — changes cost nothing before the work starts.
Step 07
Carpentry & built-in installation
All built-in carpentry — kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV feature walls, and storage — is fabricated at our workshop and installed on site. Quality-checked before anything is fixed permanently.
Step 08
Painting, flooring & tiling
Texture walls, SPC flooring, tiling, lighting, and all finishing trades are coordinated in sequence. Our site manager is on-site daily and sends you WhatsApp updates at each stage.
Step 09
Loose furniture & accessories
Sofas, dining tables, beds, and décor pieces are delivered and arranged once all hard works are complete. We coordinate delivery timing so nothing gets scratched or damaged.
Step 10
Final inspection & handover
We walk through every room with you before handover. Any snag items are rectified before you take the keys. A 12-month workmanship warranty starts from handover date.
